GOOGLE INC.’S NOTICE OF DEPOSITION OF ROY TWERSKY
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 26 and 30,
Google Inc., by and through its undersigned counsel, hereby gives notice that it will take the
deposition of Mr. Roy Twersky, in his individual capacity, commencing at 9:00 a.m. on May 5,
2011, at SNR Denton LLP, 525 Market St., 25th Floor, San Francisco, CA 94111, or such
other time and place as agreed by counsel. The deposition will continue for one seven-hour day
without prejudice to resume in accordance with the Scheduling Order and the Court's Order at
the September 8, 2010 teleconference. The deposition will be conducted before an officer or
other person duly authorized to administer oaths, and shall be recorded by stenographic means
and may also be recorded by video or audiotape, and by instant visual display of the stenographic
record.
