GOOGLE INC.’S NOTICE OF DEPOSITION OF PHILIP BLACK
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 26 and 30,
Google Inc., by and through its undersigned counsel, hereby gives notice that it will take the
deposition of Mr. Philip Black, in his individual capacity, commencing at 11:15 a.m. on
Friday, May 6, 2011, at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, 50 California Street, 22nd
Floor, San Francisco, CA 94111. The deposition will continue for one seven-hour day without
prejudice to resume in accordance with the Scheduling Order and the Court's Order at the
September 8, 2010 teleconference. The deposition will be conducted before an officer or other
person duly authorized to administer oaths, and shall be recorded by stenographic means and
may also be recorded by video or audiotape, and by instant visual display of the stenographic
record.
