ORDER
At Wilmington this 12th day of May, 2011.
IT IS ORDERED that the mediation conference has been rescheduled to
Tuesday, October 25, 2011 beginning at 9:00 a.m. All required participants (see ¶ 2) are
to report at this time to Courtroom 2B and to remain available until excused by the Court.
Dress for the mediation is business casual. Submissions of the parties shall now be
due on or before Friday, October 14, 2011. All other provisions of the Court’s January 14,
2011 Order shall remain in full force and effect.
Delaware counsel are reminded of their obligations to inform out-of-state
counsel of this Order. To avoid the imposition of sanctions, counsel shall advise the Court
immediately of any problems regarding compliance with this Order.
