TO FILE REPLY IN SUPPORT OF GOOGLE INC.'S MOTION TO DISMISS
PERSONALIZED USER MODEL, LLP'S PATENT INFRINGEMENT CLAIMS
FOR LACK OF SUBJECT MATTER JURISDICTION
WHEREAS, on July 26, 2011, Defendant Google Inc. ("Google") filed a Motion
to Dismiss Personalized User Model, LLP's Patent Infringement Claims for Lack of Subject
Matter Jurisdiction (D.I. 302);
WHEREAS, on August 12, 2011, Plaintiff Personalized User Model, LLP
("PUM") filed an Opposition and Cross-Motion for Leave to Substitute Levino Ltd. as Plaintiff
(D.I. 310);
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Local Rules of this Court, Google's reply in support
of its Motion to Dismiss Personalized User Model, LLP's Patent Infringement Claims for Lack of
Subject Matter Jurisdiction, is due on August 22, 2011.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Local Rules of this Court, Google's opposition to
PUM's Cross-Motion for Leave to Substitute Levino Ltd. as Plaintiff, is due on August 29, 2011;
WHEREAS, the parties have agreed to an extension of time until August 29, 2011
for Google to file its reply in support of its Motion to Dismiss Personalized User Model, LLP's
Patent Infringement Claims for Lack of Subject Matter Jurisdiction.

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by and among the parties,
subject to the approval of the Court, that Google's Reply in Support of its Motion to Dismiss
Personalized User Model, LLP's Patent Infringement Claims for Lack of Subject Matter
Jurisdiction shall be due on August 29, 2011.
