PERSONALIZED USER MODEL, L.L.P. TO FILE A REPLY IN SUPPORT OF ITS
CROSS-MOTION FOR LEAVE TO SUBSTITUTE LEVINO LTD. AS PLAINTIFF
WHEREAS, on August 12, 2011, Plaintiff Personalized User Model, L.L.P.
(“PUM”) filed a Cross-Motion for Leave to Substitute Levino Ltd. as Plaintiff (“Cross-Motion,”
D.I. 309);
WHEREAS, on August 29, 2011, Defendant Google Inc. filed its Opposition to
PUM’s Cross-Motion (D.I. 320);
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Local Rules of this Court, PUM’s reply in support of
its Cross-Motion is due on September 9, 2011;
WHEREAS, the parties have agreed to an extension of time until September 16,
2011, for PUM to file its reply in support of its Cross-Motion;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by and among the parties,
subject to the approval of the Court, that PUM’s reply in support of its Cross-Motion to
Substitute Levino Ltd. as Plaintiff shall be due on September 16, 2011.
