ORDER
At Wilmington this 26th day of October, 2011.
IT IS ORDERED that the mediation conference has been rescheduled to
Wednesday, February 22, 2012 beginning at 10:30 a.m. All required participants (see ¶
2) are to report at this time to Courtroom 2B and to remain available until excused by the
Court. Dress for the mediation is business casual. Submissions of the parties shall
now be due on or before Friday, February 10, 2012. All other provisions of the Court’s
January 14, 2011 Order shall remain in full force and effect.
Delaware counsel are reminded of their obligations to inform out-of-state
counsel of this Order. To avoid the imposition of sanctions, counsel shall advise the Court
immediately of any problems regarding compliance with this Order.
