STIPULATION AND [PROPOSED] ORDER
WHEREAS, on August 30, 2012, Defendant Google Inc. filed a Motion for a Stay
of the Proceedings (“Motion to Stay,” D.I. 385);
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Local Rules of this Court, Plaintiff Personalized User
Model, L.L.P.’s (“PUM”) response is due on September 17, 2012; and
WHEREAS, the parties have agreed to an extension of time until September 21,
2012, for PUM to file its response;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by the parties, subject to
the approval of the Court, that PUM’s response to Google’s Motion to Stay shall be due on
September 21, 2012.
