PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT pursuant to Rule 30 of the Federal Rules of
Civil Procedure, Plaintiff, Personalized User Model., LLP, will take the deposition of
MICHAEL I. JORDAN. The deposition will take place at the offices of QUINN EMANUEL
URQUHART & SULLIVAN LLP, 50 California Street 22nd Floor, San Francisco, CA 94111, or a
mutually agreeable location, beginning at 9:00 a.m. on November 7, 2012. If the deposition is
