Defendant Google, Inc. (“Google”) respectfully moves this Court for an order granting
Google’s Daubert Motion to Exclude Certain Opinions of Dr. Michael Pazzani.
The grounds for this Motion are further set forth in Google’s Opening Brief in Support of
Its Daubert Motion to Exclude Certain Opinions of Dr. Michael Pazzani filed concurrently
herewith.
