STIPULATION REGARDING DAUBERT BRIEFING SCHEDULE
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Order of this Court, all briefing on Daubert motions
is to be completed no later than the date for the submission of the proposed pretrial order;
WHEREAS, the parties have agreed on deadlines for the filing of oppositions to
Daubert motions and replies in support thereof1, so that the briefing will be completed no later
than the February 19 deadline for the parties to submit the Joint Pretrial Order;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by and among the parties,
subject to the approval of the Court, that the deadlines for filing oppositions to Daubert motions
and replies in support thereof are as set forth below.
