STIPULATION AND [PROPOSED] ORDER
WHEREAS Google has requested an extension of time until June 18, 2014 to file its
answering briefs in opposition to PUM’s post-judgment motions (D.I. 703, 705), in light of
Google’s counsel’s involvement in the TracBeam v. Google trial in the Eastern District of Texas
scheduled to take place beginning on June 2, 2014;
IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by the parties, subject to the approval of the Court, that
the date for Google to submit its answering briefs to PUM’s post-judgment motions (D.I. 703,
705) shall be extended through and include June, 18, 2014.
