At Wilmington, this 17th day of September 2014,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that:
1.
For the reasons stated in Court at the September 11, 2014 oral argument ("the
hearing"), as well as the reasons set out in the Court's letter to counsel dated April 7, 2014 (D.I.
677), Plaintiff Personalized User Model's ("PUM") Motion for Judgment as a Matter of Law on
Google's Breach of Contract Counterclaim (D.I. 702) is GRANTED.

For the reasons stated in Court at the hearing, PUM's Motion for a New Trial
(D.I. 704) is DENIED.
3.
Google's Motion to Redact is GRANTED with the exception that the highlighted
sections of the transcript found at D.I. 712 Ex.Bat pages 643-44, 645 lines 3-8, 645-46 lines 242, 668, and 669 will not be redacted, as there is no good cause for redacting these portions of
Plaintiffs expert's testimony. Google shall file a version of the transcript reflecting this Order
no later than September 19, 2014.
