GOOGLE INC.’S NOTICE OF APPEAL
Defendant and Counterclaimant Google Inc. hereby appeals to the United States Court of
Appeals for the Federal Circuit from the final order entered by the District Court in the abovecaptioned case granting Personalized User Model’s and Yochai Konig’s renewed motion for
judgment as a matter of law on September 17, 2014 (D.I. 724), and from all opinions, orders, or
rulings that gave rise to that final order, including the District Court’s letter opinion of April 7,
2014 (D.I. 677), the District Court’s oral ruling of September 11, 2014, and the District Court’s
prior judgment of April 17, 2014 (D.I. 689.)
Included is a payment of the $5 filing fee required by 28 U.S.C. § 1917 and the $500
docketing fee required by Federal Circuit Rule 52(a)(3)(A), paid to this Court pursuant to
Federal Rule of Appellate Procedure 3(e) and Federal Circuit Rule 52(a)(2).
