MEMORANDUM ORDER denying 72 MOTION to Certify Ruling Under 54(b). IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the following controlling questions of law are hereby certified to the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit: a. Whether the exercise of pe rsonal jurisdiction over the Archdiocese, Church of the Nativity, Marist and/or St. Michaels School comports with due process of law. b. Whether plaintiffs allegations demonstrate that New York has the most significant relationship to the parties, such that New York law governs plaintiffs claims.
