IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by the parties, subject to the approval of the Court, that the time for Nokia Corporation and Nokia Inc. to respond to Apple Inc.'s Motion for Consolidation (D.I. 47 in 09-791 (GMS) and D.I. 17 in 09-1002 (GMS)) is extended from June 10, 2010 to June 21, 2010.
