Pursuant to paragraph 11 of the Court’s February 15, 2011, Amended Scheduling
Order, I write on behalf of all parties in the above-captioned matter to notify the Court that they
will not seek leave to present testimony at the hearing on claim construction, scheduled for May
19, 2011. In addition, the parties request 3 hours for the claim construction hearing, with 1.5
hours allotted to each side.
