for Tuesday, September 27, 2011 at 9:30 a.m. AND Wednesday, September 28, 2011
at 9:30 a.m. have been rescheduled as follows: Monday, October 24, 2011 at 9:30
a.m. between plaintiff and defendants Yahoo and Right Media only, AND Monday,
October 24, 2011 at 3:00 p.m. between plaintiff and defendants Google and YouTube
only. The mediation statements are now due on or before Friday, October 14, 2011.
Dress for the mediation is business casual. All other provisions of the Court’s May
17, 2010 Order remains in full force and effect.
Delaware counsel are reminded of their obligations to inform out-of-state
counsel of this Order. To avoid the imposition of sanctions, counsel shall advise the
Court immediately of any problems regarding compliance with this Order.
