JOINT MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME Plaintiffs Apple Inc. and NeXT Software, Inc., f/k/a NeXT Computer, Inc. (collectively "Apple") and Defendants High Tech Computer Corp., a/k/a HTC Corp., HTC (B.V.I.) Corp., HTC America, Inc. and Exedea, Inc. (collectively "HTC"), by and through their respective undersigned counsel, hereby move the Court for an order extending certain deadlines as follows: (1) Defendants shall answer, move or otherwise respond to the Complaint in C.A. No. 10-167-RK on or before June 4, 2010; and

Plaintiffs shall file their oppositions to Defendants Motions to Transfer Venue Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1404 (D.I. 8 in C.A. No. 10-166-RK and D.I. 8 in C.A. No. 10-167-RK) on or before May 24, 2010.
