SCHEDULING ORDER In accordance with the Court's oral orders issued during the scheduling conference held on June 3, 2005, it is hereby ORDERED that this matter is assigned to the Court's Standard Track. ORDERED that initial disclosures are due on June 13, 2005. ORDERED that fact discovery in this matter shall close on November 30, 2005. ORDERED that plaintiff's expert reports pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 26(a)(2) shall be produced to defendant on or before January 6, 2006. Defendant's rebuttal reports shall be produced to plaintiff on or before February 15, 2006. All expert discovery shall be completed by February 15, 2006. ORDERED that a status conference shall be held on February 24, 2006 at 9:00 a.m. ORDERED that this schedule shall not be modified, even where all parties consent, except upon a showing of good cause and by leave of the Court. Fed. R. Civ. P. Rule 16(b); LCvR 16.4(b); see also Olgyay v. Soc'y for Envtl. Graphic Design, Inc., 169 F.R.D. 219, 219-20 (D.D.C. 1996).
