I, KLAUS H. HAMM, declare that:
My full name is Klaus Hemmingway Hamm.
I am an associate with the firm ofKeker & Van Nest LLP and practice out of the

I am a member in good standing of the Bar of the State of California and have
also been admitted to the following bars:
United States District Court for the Northern District
of California 2003; United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit 2003; and California
Supreme Court 2003.
I certify that I have not been disciplined by any bar. Within the last two years, I have never been admitted
