It is further ORDERED that Yasin Muhammed Basardh's petition for writ of habeas corpus is GRANTED. It is further ORDERED that respondents are directed to take all necessary and appropriate diplomatic steps to facilitate the release of petitioner Basardh forthwith. SO ORDERED.
