Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED that Respondents' Motion to Dismiss Second Amended Petition for Lack of Jurisdiction [Dkt. No. 15] is denied without prejudice until the Supreme Court has ruled definitively on the issue of this District Court's jurisdiction.
