Bowdoin, Jr.'s motion to set aside asset forfeiture and dismiss the complaint in forfeiture [Dkt. # 49] is DENIED; and it is further ORDERED that Mr. Bowdoin's motion to dismiss for lack of advance fair notice [Dkt. # 50] is DENIED. SO ORDERED.
