ORDER Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly referred this case to this Court for the limited purpose of enter ing an appropriate Protective Order. Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED that the Court's January 7, 2009, Protective Order for Habeas Cases Involving TOP SECRET/SENSITIVE COMPARTMENTED INFORMATION and Procedures for Counsel Access to Detainees at the United States Naval Base in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, in Habeas Cases Involving TOP SECRET/SENSITIVE COMPARTMENTED INFORMATION (Dkt. No. 1481, 08-mc-0442), as amended on January 9, 2009 (Dkt. No. 1496, 08-mc-0442), now applies in this case. The Court refers this case back to Judge Kollar-Kotelly.
