UNOPPOSED MOTION FOR EXTENSION TO FILE RESPONSE TO GOVERNMENT'S MOTION OF JUNE 15, 2009 Petitioners Hisham Sliti (ISN 174), Hedi Hammamy (ISN 717), Nabil Hadjarab (ISN 239), Ahmed Belbacha (ISN 290), and Sayf bin Abdullah (ISN 046) hereby respectfully request leave to file their opposition to the government's sealed motion of June 15, 2009 out of time by one day. Petitioners were unable to file the response to the government's motion by 4 PM today, the deadline for sealed filings, due to a clerical error. Petitioners have deposited their sealed response in the Court's after hours drop box today. Pursuant to LCvR 7(m), counsel has conferred with the government, which does not oppose this motion. Counsel apologizes for the untimely filing.
