NOTICE OF FILING - RESPONDENTS' OPPOSITION TO EMERGENCY MOTION NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the protective order entered in the abovecaptioned case by the Court's Order of September 11, 2008, Respondents are filing with the Court an opposition to Petitioners' emergency motion for reconsideration, or, in the alternative, for stay pending appeal, which Respondents seek to have designated as "protected information." In accordance with paragraph 49 of the protective order, the motion was filed under seal pursuant to Local Civil Rule 5.1(j). The opposition cannot be described in any greater detail without disclosing the substance of the protected information.
