BUSH, et al. ) Respondents ) IN RE: ) RESPONSE TO MINUTE ORDER On September 17, 2008, this Court ordered respondents to advise the Court whether in petitioner's military commission proceedings, a "September 10, 2008 pretrial hearing resulted in a change to petitioner's October 8, 2008 trial date." Minute Order (Sept. 17, 2008). We hereby notify the Court that in a scheduling order dated September 15, 2008, the military commission judge set a new trial date for November 10, 2008. See Order (attached as Exhibit 1). Accordingly, petitioner's military commission trial is no longer scheduled to begin on October 8, 2008; it is now scheduled to begin on November 10, 2008.
