Pursuant to the Court's Order dated July 29, 2008, and in accordance with the "Protective Order and Procedures for Counsel Access to Detainees at the United States Naval Base in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba" dated September 11, 2008, undersigned counsel respectfully move the court to grant counsel an additional 90 days to provide evidence of direct authorization. We request this period of time in light of the difficulties involved in scheduling visits to the base over the coming months.
