ORDER granting in part and denying in part 9 Defendant's Motion for Partial Summary Judgment; denying 11 Defendant's Motion to Stay; granting in part and denying in part 15 Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment. In accordance with the memorandum opinion issued by the Court on this same date, it is hereby ORDERED that the defendant's motion for partial summary judgment is GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART. It is further ORDERED that the defendant's motion to stay this matter is DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. It is further ORDERED that the plaintiff's motion for summary judgment is GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART. It is further ORDERED that the parties shall appear before the Court at 10:30 on October 22, 2010, for a status hearing at which the defendant can apprise the Court as to how much, if any, additional time is needed to complete the processing of the plaintiff's request, as well as provide the Court with a progress report on the investigation that is the basis for the defendant's invocation of Exemption 7(A).
