ORDER For the reasons stated in an Opinion filed under seal, with a redacted version filed on the public docket, and issued this same day, it is hereby ORDERED that defendant's motion for summary judgment  is GRANTED and judgment is entered for the defendant on all claims; it is FURTHER ORDERED that plaintiff's motion for a declaratory judgment  is DENIED and defendant's motion to stay discovery  is DENIED as moot; and it is FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of this Court shall remove this case from the docket of this Court.
