UNDER SEAL IN CONNECTION WITH DEFENDANTS’
MOTION TO DISMISS AND FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT
Pursuant to Local Rule 5.4(e)(1), defendants Eric Holder, Attorney General of the
United States, and Robert Mueller, Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation
(“FBI”), hereby give notice that, in connection with their Motion to Dismiss and for
Summary Judgment (“Motion”), defendants are filing under seal with the Clerk’s Office
unredacted versions of the (1) Motion and Memorandum in Support thereof; (2)
Statement of Material Facts; and (3) Declaration of Joel Dabisch of the FBI. Defendants
are concurrently filing a motion for leave to file the foregoing materials under seal.
Pursuant to Local Rule 5.4(e)(1), Defendants are separately serving these documents on
Plaintiff’s counsel.
