Under Seal. The documents at issue contain confidential information within the meaning of Fed.
R. Civ. P. 26(c)(1)(G).
For these reasons, and for good cause shown, Plaintiff’s Motion for Permission to File Its
Reply Memorandum of Points and Authorities in Further Support of Its Motion for a Preliminary
Injunction and Exhibits Under Seal is GRANTED. It is ORDERED that Plaintiff’s Reply
Memorandum of Points and Authorities in Further Support of Its Motion for a Preliminary
Injunction and exhibits attached thereto shall be SEALED until further order of this Court.
