Wainwright's Motion to Dismiss or in t he Alternative For Summary Judgment 19 is GRANTED; it is further ORDERED that Defendant Isaac Johnson's Motion to Dismiss 22 is GRANTED; it is further ORDERED that Defendant's Motion to Dismiss 29 is GRANTED; and it is further ORDERED that plaintiff's complaint is DISMISSED as to all defendants.
