Defendants AT&T Inc. (“AT&T”), AT&T Mobility LLC (“AT&T Mobility”), T-Mobile
USA, Inc. (“T-Mobile”), and Deutsche Telekom AG (“DT”) (jointly “Defendants”) respond to the
allegations of the Complaint as set forth below. For convenience, unless otherwise stated,
references to AT&T include AT&T Inc. and AT&T Mobility and references to T-Mobile include
