NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL OF NOKIA CORPORATION’S MOTION TO COMPEL DEPOSITION TESTIMONY OF THIRD PARTY WITNESSES PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Plaintiff Nokia Corporation (“Nokia”) hereby withdraws its Motion to Compel Deposition Testimony of Third Party Witnesses, filed with the Court on May 17, 2011. On June 13, 2011, Nokia and Apple Incorporated (“Apple”) settled the dispute in the underlying case in the District of Delaware. The third party deposition testimony requested in Nokia’s motion to compel is no longer necessary. Nokia also withdraws the subpoenas for deposition testimony, issued from this Court, to Robert Sterne, Glenn Perry, Salvador Bezos, and Richard Coller. Dated: June 14, 2011 /s/ Patrick A.
