NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL OF NONPARTIES' MOTION TO QUASH NOKIA SUBPOENAS AND FOR A PROTECTIVE ORDER PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Nonparty Movants, Robert Sterne, Glenn Perry, Richard Coller, and Salvador Bezos, hereby withdraw their Motion to Quash Nokia Subpoenas and for a Protective Order, filed with the Court on May 17, 2011. On June 13, 2011, Apple and Nokia settled the dispute in the underlying case in the District of Delaware. Nokia has withdrawn the subpoenas at issue in this proceeding. Nokia has also withdrawn its Motion to Compel Deposition Testimony of Third Party Witnesses in Case No. 1:11-mc-00284-EGS, which involved the same subpoenas previously at issue in this proceeding.
