Allbritton Communications Company, CBS Broadcasting Inc., CBS Studios Inc.,
and Gannett Co., Inc. (collectively, “Plaintiffs”), by counsel, Murad Hussain, a
member of the Bar of this Court, and pursuant to Local Civil Rule 83.2(d) and the
accompanying declaration, hereby move for the admission pro hac vice of
James S. Blackburn.
As set forth in the concurrently filed declaration, Mr. Blackburn, a partner in
the Los Angeles office of Arnold & Porter LLP, meets the criteria for pro hac vice

admission in this matter. Mr. Blackburn is a member in good standing of each bar
to which he is admitted and has never been disciplined by any bar.
Plaintiffs’ counsel has conferred with Defendants’ counsel, who does not
oppose this motion.
