privately-held company.

CBS Broadcasting Inc. is an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of CBS
Corporation, a publicly traded company. National Amusements, Inc.,
a privately held company, beneficially owns the majority of the voting
stock of CBS Corporation.

CBS Studios Inc. is an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of CBS
Corporation, a publicly traded company. National Amusements, Inc.,
a privately held company, beneficially owns the majority of the voting
stock of CBS Corporation.

Gannett Co., Inc.’s wholly owned subsidiary, Detroit Free Press, Inc.,
owns and operates WUSA, an FCC-licensed broadcast station.

These representations are made in order that judges of this court may
