MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER. The Court finds that it has jurisdiction over this dispute. However, the Court will STAY the consideration of the merits of the dispute until the Svea Court of Appeal reaches a decision on respondent's petition to set aside the arbitral award. Within seven days of a decision in the set-aside proceedings, the parties shall file a joint report attaching the decision of the Swedish court, indicating whether any appeals are anticipated, and requesting that the Court lift the stay and resume the proceedings, if necessary.
