MEMORANDUM ORDER: For the reasons set forth in this Memorandum Order, it is hereby ordered that defendant JP MORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A.'s 3 Motion to Dismiss is GRANTED and that the complaint as to defendant JP MORGAN CHASE BANK,N.A. is DISMISSE D; it is further that the complaint in this case is DISMISSED sua sponte as to all the other defendants as barred by the doctrine of claim preclusion; and it is further ordered that defendant JP MORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A.'S 4 Motion for Injunctive Relief is DENIED.
