The Court hereby GRANTS the parties’ Joint Motion for Extension of Time for
Defendants’ to Respond to the Amended Complaint and for Entry of Briefing Schedule. It is
hereby ordered that:
Defendants shall respond to the Amended Complaint on or before October 25, 2017.
If Defendants move to dismiss the Amended Complaint (including by filing anti-SLAPP
motions), Plaintiffs shall file their response to such motion(s) on or before December 1, 2017,
and Defendants shall reply on or before December 18, 2017.
