MEMORANDUM OPINION. For the reasons set for in this Memorandum Opinion, the Court DENIES the parties' 30 Joint Motion to Dismiss. The parties may file a stipulation of dismissal pursuant to Rule 41(a)(1)(a)(ii), or may file another Rule 41(a)(2) motion after modifying the attorney fees portion of their settlement agreement.
