On or before May 26, 2009, the parties shall file a joint stipulation of facts; On or before June 16, 2009, plaintiff shall file its motion for summary judgment; On or before August 4, 2009, defendant shall file its response to plaintiff's motion and cross-motion for summary judgment; On or before September 9, 2009, plaintiff shall file its reply to defendant's response and its response to defendant's cross-motion; and On or before October 6, 2009, defendant shall file its reply to plaintiff's response.
