The courtroom location will be posted in the lobby on the d a y of the conference; T ria l in this case will commence at 10:00 a.m. (EDT) on Monday, S e p te m b e r 27, 2010, at the United States Court of Federal Claims, N a tio n a l Courts Building, 717 Madison Place, N.W., Washington D .C . 20005. The courtroom location will be posted in the lobby on th e day of the trial. Each subsequent day of trial will begin at 9:30 a .m .
