Dennis Southard, IV, Esq. Mr. Southard practices with the law firm of Thompson, Hire, LLP. On July 20, 2010, Eric N. Heyer, also with Thompson, Hire, LLP, filed an Entry of Appearance in the subject matter. The Clerk's Office telephoned Mr. Heyer to notify him that pursuant to Rule 83.1(c)(1), plaintiff is only allowed one attorney of record. Mr. Heyer stated that his intention was not to change the attorney of record designation, but to request notification of filings in the matter. The Clerk's Office instructed Mr. Heyer on how to receive notification of any filings in this matter. Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED that the Clerk's Office is directed to STRIKE plaintiff's Entry of Appearance (Docket No. 11), filed July 20, 2010, from the subject matter's docket as of the date of this order. s/Lynn J.
