ORDER
On January 4, 2011, the court issued a preliminary injunction prohibiting the Department
of Interior from proceeding with the June 14, 2010 Amendment Modification 0003 to Contract
No. GS35F4072D/NBCF09382. For the reasons discussed during a hearing on September 1,
2011, that injunction is dissolved and the Defendants may proceed to complete the Proof of
Concept. The Government will advise the court when the Proof of Concept is complete.
