2011 and August 31, 2011, modified on September 7, 2011, and extended on September 9, 2011,
will remain in effect until September 27, 2011, because the parties have represented to the court
that they are working in good faith towards an alternative dispute resolution that may resolve this
matter in a mutually beneficial manner.
