Case No. 10-743 C
Judge Susan G. Braden
Plaintiffs’ Unopposed Motion for Enlargement of Time
Plaintiffs Google, Inc. and Onix Networking Corporation hereby move this
Court to grant Plaintiffs permission to file their revised pleading on May 27, 2011
rather than on May 26. The Court’s Scheduling Order of May 11, 2011 stated that
Defendant would file its administrative record on May 12, Plaintiffs would file their
revised pleading on May 26, and Defendant and Defendant-Intervenor would file their
replies by June 9. Plaintiffs did not receive their copy of the revised administrative
record until midday on May 13, one day after the due date. If the Court should grant
this Motion, Plaintiffs also request that the Defendant and Defendant-Intervenor be
5343262.2
given an extra day in which to file, i.e., until June 10, 2011. Counsel for Defendant
and for Defendant-Intervenor have no objection to this request.
For the foregoing reasons, Plaintiffs respectfully request that the Court grant an
enlargement of time under which Plaintiffs’ next filing is due by May 27 and the filings
of Defendant and Defendant-Intervenor are due by June 10.
Respectfully submitted,
/s/ Timothy Sullivan
