SCHEDULING ORDER
Pursuant to the court’s opinion and order filed December 12, 2013,
Defendant filed a status report on January 3, 2014 regarding the parties’ efforts to
resolve plaintiff’s requests for bid preparation costs and attorney fees and costs.
Defendant expresses the parties’ mutual desire to continue settlement discussions
and proposes that the government file a status report on or before February 7,
2014. The court grants defendant’s unopposed request.
Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED that
(1)

The parties shall CONFER and attempt a resolution of plaintiff’s
requests for bid preparation costs and attorney fees and costs; and

(2)

On or before February 7, 2014, defendant shall FILE a Status
Report as to the results of the parties’ negotiations regarding
plaintiff’s requests for bid preparation costs and attorney fees and
costs.
