ORDER
The court has before it plaintiff’s unopposed amended motion for leave to
exceed the page limit for its motion for judgment on the administrative record,
filed today, which supersedes a previous, similar motion filed January 3, 2014.
Plaintiff asserts that defendant and intervenor-defendant do not oppose this motion.
The court grants plaintiff’s motion for the reasons stated therein. Accordingly, it is
hereby ORDERED that Plaintiff’s Unopposed Motion for Leave to Exceed the
Page Limit, filed January 6, 2014, is GRANTED, and Plaintiff’s Motion for Leave
to Exceed the Page Limit, filed January 3, 2014, is DENIED as moot.
